Why the penguin
Penguins are unbothered in conditions that would wreck most animals. That's roughly the attitude this job requires — someone's kitchen is flooding and the useful person in the room is the one who stays calm, finds the shutoff, and works the problem in order.
The badge is deliberately plain and the palette is safety amber and pine, because the honest version of this trade is closer to a work truck than a showroom.

Look first
Camera, gauge, or meter before a price. Every service, every time.
Show the evidence
You see the footage or the reading. Diagnoses you can't verify aren't worth much.
Price the options
Where two fixes are both legitimate, you get both numbers and our actual opinion.
Name our limits
Septic, structural, restoration — not ours. We'll say so and point you onward.
Things we won't tell you
That we can quote your sewer line without seeing it. That a repair will outlast the manufacturer's own warranty on the part. That a job needs no permit when it does. That an automatic shutoff valve or a tankless conversion is right for every house — they aren't, and we'll say which category yours falls into even when the answer costs us the sale.
Based south side, working citywide
We work out of TX-536 Spur on the south side and cover San Antonio and surrounding communities inside roughly 25 miles. If you're on the edge of that, ask before booking — a straight no on the phone beats a cancellation on the day.

Yes. Penguin Plumbing Pros is licensed and insured to perform plumbing work in the State of Texas, and technicians will show credentials on request.

We're a San Antonio operation working out of the south side. Rather than putting a number in marketing copy we haven't verified for you here, ask us on the phone and you'll get a straight answer.
What don't you do?
Septic systems, foundation and structural work, mold remediation, and water damage restoration. We run into all four regularly and will point you toward the right trade rather than stretching our scope to cover it.
Do you offer any guarantee on your work?
We stand behind our workmanship and will come back if something we did isn't right. Parts and equipment carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we won't overstate — ask about the specific coverage on whatever we install and we'll tell you what it actually is.
